I'm using ubuntu and have installed everything to do with QT4 via Synapic package manager.
Now copy the files off this page:
http://doc.trolltech.com/4.3/widgets-tetrix.html
Run qmake -project.
It will create a tetrix.pro file.
Now run qmake, make and it will make it.
Easy Peasy.
