Using Open Office/Excel to convert a unix epoch time_t value to a date and time

Use this formula. The 10/24 is the offset from UTC. In this case, for Brisbane, Australia which is 10 hrs ahead.
=(((D2/60)/60)/24)+DATE(1970;1;1)+(10/24)
